1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on the Service.

2. Description of Services

WRLDCloud provides a suite of online services including but not limited to file hosting, URL shortening, temporary email generation, and a pastebin for sharing text and code snippets. Features and services may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration and Invite Codes

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. Registration currently requires a valid invite code. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify WRLDCloud immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WRLDCloud will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Email Verification

Certain features may require email verification. You agree to maintain a valid, verified email address associated with your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, transmit, share, store, or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Infringing on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Containing software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
• Content that exploits children or minors or depicts non-consensual sexual acts.
• Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

You also agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

WRLDCloud reserves the right, but has no obligation, to investigate and/or terminate your account without a refund of any services if you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy or misused the Service, or behaved in a way that WRLDCloud regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur on or off the Service.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). However, by uploading Your Content, you grant WRLDCloud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the Service and WRLDCloud's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. WRLDCloud does not endorse any content submitted to the Service by any user or other licensor, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and WRLDCloud expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with content.

WRLDCloud reserves the right to remove content and terminate user accounts without prior notice for a violation of these Terms, including copyright infringement or other violations of intellectual property rights.

6. Service Limitations and Modifications

WRLDCloud provides storage quotas for user accounts (e.g., 100MB for standard accounts). We reserve the right to modify these limits or introduce new ones. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes. While we strive for high availability, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and WRLDCloud will not be liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such rights.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. WRLDCloud may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. This may result from a violation of these Terms, extended periods of inactivity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete Your Content associated with your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WRLDCLOUD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WRLDCLOUD MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WRLDCLOUD, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WRLDCLOUD HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WRLDCloud and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; or b) a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
